Is James Toney a heavyweight because of Roy Jones?

Obviously Toney is a heavyweight because he cant make any weight class below it. But my question is has the fact that Roy was able to go all the way up and win a title at heavywight one of the reasons Toney is still in the game? Toney has always been great and I think had the chance to finally get the respect he deserved when he fought Roy but he just never was in the fight. Anybody who was good at that time in Roy's general weight range had to live in Roy's shadow. Does anyone feel that possibly Toney wants to be heavyweight champ to prove he can do what Roy did? If so the steroid thing stripping Toney of the heavyweight belt must hurt pretty bad.

        he's a heavyweight because he's a fat ass.

a 5'9 guy should never struggle in making 175 or 190.

On that note, it's interesting how a lot of weight looks on someone without the corresponding height. Toney looked obese at 238.
