Is James Toney a heavyweight because of Roy Jones?

a 5'9 guy should never struggle in making 175 or 190.

Toney has always been great and I think had the chance to finally get the respect he deserved when he fought Roy but he just never was in the fight. Anybody who was good at that time in Roy's general weight range had to live in Roy's shadow. Does anyone feel that possibly Toney wants to be heavyweight champ to prove he can do what Roy did? If so the steroid thing stripping Toney of the heavyweight belt must hurt pretty bad.

On that note, it's interesting how a lot of weight looks on someone without the corresponding height. Toney looked obese at 238.
