I was too busy stroking the old chap as Calzaghe butt-****ed Hopkins to score that round.

Toney fought better competition than all of them.

Keep in mind there are a lot of people that didn't think B-Hop was so special until Saturday. Look at how hard he had to work to earn his position in greatness. Joe C should be under the same scrutiny.
See, now THIS is reasoned criticism of Calzaghe. Sir, I like your style.
Calzaghe left it too late to search out real challenges. Unless he fights another few years like he has the last couple he will never get ATG credit.
With his hands and his arrogance this is massively unlikely to happen.

Is he on a par with B'Hop, RJJ and Toney? Yes, because they ll have flawed resumes.

B'Hop is similar to Cal due to years of lacklustre defenses. His recent resume is stellar and is tempered but not destroyed by his untelegenic style and losses (to great comp). Pavlik was fantastic.

Toney has the best prime resume. He has huge balls. Sadly also a huge appetite. Shame about his last number of years. Discipline could have made him the best of the bunch.

RJJ has a fairly unprepossessing list of fights in his prime. His smart move to heavyweight (cherrypicking Ruiz) helps him but his subsequent losses to good opponents have really taken a shine off.
Roy is great because he looked so spectacular against OK fighters. His style and aura really boost him in the longevity department.

        They're all great fighters.
        None of them are ATGs.

how did he beat hopkins fair and square? the idiot judges gave calzaghe rounds 2 and 10. how do you explain that? dominant rounds for hopkins being giving to the wrong guy and you claim fair and square. wrong.

it was at the end of a combination(all of which calzaghe gladly took on the chin without trying to avoid them) maybe calzaghe's air punches sealed the round?

Please, just stop posting. Forever. All I ever read you posting about is Calzaghe and how much you hate him. Fine. We get it. How many times do you need to tell us that you don't like him, his style or his resume? Broken-****ing-record, and a lame 80s sync mix at that. If you had something interesting to say with how you don't like Calzaghe, I'd at least have some respect, but your posts read like they could be by any other Calzaghe hater. Just shut the **** up untill you have some interesting criticism.

...and for the record, I think Hopkins won both rounds 2 and 10.
