Yeah I Like how Paul is a sorta throwback guy, down to fight just about anyone at anytime. His confidence came to a fault in his first fight with Quintana though, he needs to stay hungry and make the best of each fight if hes gonna do the things he wants to accomplish.
Williams should handle Verno pretty well though.

I likethe way all these guys are all on the PWill bandwagon. They beleive a fool like Goosen who says he offered TOny $4mill to fight yet they dont beleive Arum who said he was offered $7mill for a tony floyd mathc
      anyways water under the bridge.
THe real problem is that Pwil is a force to be reckoned with and he is already wanting big $$$ for his fights. He really isnt a draw and neither are most of the top WW or JMW.
It all comes down to $$$ people. WHy fight for $4mil when you can get over $10 for a rematch which you have a better chance of winning then taking a risky fight for much less.
I really do hope Pwill continues to fight and knock fools out so that he can get the mathcups US fans want to see.
Here is a laundry list of names some have already signed to fight and others probably havent but I doubnt they all are afraid or ducking Pwill
Mosely, Joe Greene, Nelson Linares, Michael Jennings, Jesus Soto Karaas, Antonin Decaire, Joshua Clottey, Andre Berto, Joel Julio, Daniel Santos, Sergio Mora, Vernon Forrest, James Kirkland, Cory Spinks, Luis Colazo, Carlos Baldomir, Ricardo Mayorga, John Duddy, Ronald Hearns

You mean to tell me that all those names are ducking him????
      Yeah right.
Its good to see he is staying active and not doing a winky wright.

Paul beats everyone of them.....with Spinks and Collazo giving him the most trouble.

So why isnt any stepping up to the plate then? Simple Question!

I think people like that a fighter is willing to fight anyone! That why he gaining fans...Love him or hate him he is the man to beat now!

Its like I said no one is fighting him cause there is no money out there to fight him. Why do you think that even at this stage in his career everyone from 135-160 wants to fight Oscar?
Cause they know they are gonna get paid!
you fight Pwill for peanuts. Even Tony is a way bigger draw then PWill.
I just wish that there were more fighters like Pwill who want to fight to prove they are the best.
I think the smaller guys like Mosely, Berto, Collazo, give him the most trouble and they probably even UD him. I still think Floyd beats him easy.
THis Williams prick is growing on me

Though I don't know who some of these guys are, Kirkland would be the toughest fight out of them all. Pwill is making more money than most of these guys except for Mosley and Mayorga. Most of these guys don't even get regular TV exposure. He is just becoming a draw, and must follow-up the Kolle fight with a great performance. If he does, then he becomes must-see TV.

Pretty tough test for Williams, Verno is a real exprienced vetran a 3 time world champion and has some good and great wins over fighters like Cory Spinks,Bronco McKart,Teddy Reid,Julian Jackson, and has also fought some very good fighters like Kassim Oumax2, and Ike Quartey. He is on one the best runs of his life haven't had not been beat in 3 years and will be ready for Willams. Now Willams is a freak of nature and has to be considered the most avoided man in boxing a 6''3 soutpaw who we now know can box, and punch and has a solid chin, and Willams has dabbled around jr middleweight before and i think will have overall and to much for Verno taking the win on points (UD) or he could be only the second man to stop Verno, and last time Verno was stopped was 20 years ago. I do belive this is the punisher's time to shine. Also pretty interesting boxrec has it as a IBF title fight and Boxing Scene has it as a interim WBO?

How does a IBF World Champion get a shot at a Interim WBO world title????

Can somebody explain this to me, as far as I knew....only contenders could compete for a interim title. Verno as IBF champ is not a ranked contender in the WBO.
