Viewers of Saturday nights big fight between Bernard Hopkins and Kelly Pavlik in Atlantic City may have been puzzled by Roy Jones's apparent new fashion sense. Sporting a cardigan, cow boy hat and beard he spoke on HBO as to Bernard Hopkins chances against the young middle weight champion Kelly Pavlik. Well it's been revealed this was all a ploy to steal his old rivals lime light. After an interview alongside Zab Judah, Roy spoke to a crowded press room as to their future bouts, such as that with Joe Calzaghe. Speaking to a small number of journalists shortly after this, Roy Jones announced he's to star in a Movie scheduled for May of 2009. Apparently Roy Jones initially turned down the offer citing his recovering boxing career as his primary focus. However when his bout with Joe Calzaghe was postponed Roy Jones later accepted the offer and is proud to be featured in a new promotional poster;

They'll be advanced screenings in late April 09 across America. The UK release as always is slightly later, December 2012, TBC.
