He does this shoulder wiggle thing where he barely moves his arms to punch for speed. I could've sworn they showed him do this on the Hop/Calz countdown. He doesn't look Floydesque, but when you push your muscles pass burn points, it lowers resistance and allows you to throw with more speed.

It's funny because i was actually thinking about a way to measure my punch count. I'd have to do it in my head. For starters each round is 2 mins (in my case)

I'd throw 10 sets of 10 punches so that's an even 100. Do that twice and i'll have almost 200 punches in one round. Stay busy like that for two more rounds and that's good.
