    Worst Career Decisions?

what are some of the worst career decisions you have seen in the sport of boxing?

    i'll get the ball rolling...

Zab Judah not staying at junior welterweight

Roy Jones immediately moving down and fighting at light heavyweight after winning the heavyweight title

Mike Tyson firing Kevin Rooney and letting don king/robin givens manipulate and distract him

    Kelly Pavlik fighting Bernard Hopkins

Muhammed Ali - this isnt really career but i think fighting an extended time hurt him outside the ring unfortunately

Fernando Vargas taking steroids and fighting tito and oscar too soon

Calzaghe choosing Roy over Pavlik. Calzaghe could have exposed Pavlik and went out with a **** by beating an undefeated fighter. Instead if he beats Roy now he gets no credit. And if he ends up losing to roy, he gets ****ted on as being exposed.

Meldrick Taylor's team putting him in there with Terry Norris wasn't a good idea.

yeah it was later. but he still could have fought him before going to the army. i even think he shoud have taken Lennox instead of Golotta who ruin his balls and his career.
