I say Margarito TKO9 but,he will look very confuse the first couple of rounds, and after that he will get into a groove and KO Mayorga late.

Margarito has no chance in winning at 154lbs, because he's been there before and got what he is looking for and beaten down..

Mayorga is still a bull that can punished new comers in the weight division.
