i have NO problem with this fight...infact im excited to see it on december 6th...

im torn on who to root for...its great for both if either wins...they both raise their resume, potentially get a shot at floyd (or for oscar a second shot at floyd), etc.

lots of great things can come from this fight and i see it being a close fight...

im absolutely ordering and watching that ppv...

I don't like this fight. Of course they shouldn't be fighting since naturally there's a huge gap in weight.

Manny should be concentrating on trying to unify at lightweight. I think it'll most likely be a destruction, which is hard to admit for a Pac fan. That said, I just hope this fight doesn't ruin him, and whether he wins or loses, he should go back down to 130 and try to unify there cos he doesn't belong anywhere near 147.

DLH is just a ***** for not fighting Margarito. If he's serious about his legacy he should be fighting real champions that are his own size. Crazy thing is, I think it'd be a very, very competitive matchup against Margarito and it would be a super exciting fight. DLH's agenda on fighting Manny is bull****, what with the whole revenge for mexico horse****. He just wants an easy payday before he retires.

Manny will most likely get killed, and I'm predicting KO 7 for DLH, but I'll still watch the fight regardless in the hopes of the shock upset of the year.

i was all against it for awhile . . . now i'm mildly intrigued. the fight on paper means nothing no belts, a huge mismatch with basically a pacman having little to no chance.

but on the other hand its got a good subplot . . . arguably the 2 biggest names in boxing going toe to toe and its got a david and goliath underdog thing going. so i'm starting to get really curious how the whole thing will pan out and if the fight will be any good.

This fight reminds me of an old wwe tactic to keep disgruntled fans. No belt on the line so they hang a briefcase full of cash above the ring, give em a ladder and watch em go at it.

This fight may not be for a belt but there's about 50million bux in store for the winner of this fight to face hatton and/or floyd in their next couple fights. So as big of a farce as it seems it'll have a tremendous impact on the sport.

Not if they both return to logical fights after this.

Oscar vs Forrest; because this fight with Paq won't put that stamp on Oscar's career.

Paq vs a REAL LEGITMATE LIGHTWEIGHT; because the closest Paq has faced to a real fight IN GENERAL was his bouts with an older Juan Manuel Marquez. He's never even faced a guy who can match his youth and talent and yet he's gassed up beyond belief. lol There's a reason why he's the only Flip left..cause he runs from every major threat.

lol For a bunch of ****in morons on that flip Island, Paq might actually be a runner up for the smartest.

Now if Oscar KO's Paq and the size and strength difference appears obvious....the first guy Paq's team will want is the older Marquez back at lightweight. lol They don't have the nerve to f#$% with a real lightweight. So in that sense, the trilogy might take place. Thats if Oscar win's convincingly.
