Hopkins was force to fight the entire fight and that,s what lead to him showing all the people who thought that he was going to be dominated or probably ko,ed no thanks to pavlik marching forward...so i say big ups to hopkins and lets not forget the main factor of the way the fight went, you guessed it kelly pavlik...because without pavlik coming forward the whole fight showed hopkins true skills which is counterpunching and getting off before his opponent does...

The real reason? Because Pavlik just isn't good really. He's been overrated for surviving a knockdown and KOing an exhausted Taylor. I thought he lost the rematch with Taylor, and I think anybody with good boxing skills beats Pavlik. You just need to bring a pretty good chin with you.

i wouldnt say he outrigt lost, but it could of definetly gone either way...similiar to Margorito-Willaims I, the fighter who got each desicion was awarded for workrate, but the winners coulda easily been the losers
