Dawson beats him again, there was nothing in the fight that showed me that Tarver would have a chance in another fight with him

Tarver showed nothing in the first fight that had any hope of beating Dawson. If anything, Dawson would probably knock him out in the rematch as he knows he's capable of beating him to the punch as well as having an effective combo that Tarver was unable to block most of the time.
