I believe Calzaghe will beat RJJ, and have ever since they announced the fight. Up until now I wasnt planning on rooting for either guy. That said:
COME ON ROY!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! YALL MUSTA FORGOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hopkins vs RJJ in 09!!! Two badass old men in the rematch of the decade!!!!
This would be soooooo freakin awesome if it happened.

If Jones loses I think all three Jones, Calzaghe and Hopkins should retire would be a great seeing of party three great fighters retiring near the same time.

RJJR vs BHop rematch will be more interesting to watch.

I am in favor for RJJR to win this one because Joe Slapzaghe has nothing to show up in this fight but his Slaping mastery.

              wow, people are in denial.

What has Jones Jr. done since getting KO twice? Lets recap

He beat Prince Badi on points
He beat Anthony Hanshaw on points
and he beat former Welterweight champ Tito Trinidad.

Hes going to get retired and probably embarressed vs Joe.

Don't kid yourself. Nobody knows realy what these guys intend to do. Just yeaterday Hopkins announced that he intended to fight for another 3 years. I think THIS announcemen is to copy Calzaghe.

He'd never beat either Calzaghe OR Jones in my opinion. Calzaghe made him look amateurish in their fight, which was notable for being the most hits anyone had scored against Hopkinsa, and the posturing, pretending faking low-blow-hurt etc that could have earned Hopkins the Emmy for worst actor of the year.

As for Jones, if he's even 40% of his former self he'll make a fool of Hopkins. There's no comparison.

so i'd love to see roy KO calzaghe, or just beat the **** outta him, doesn't matter, and then we get the hopkins-rjj fight next year, and calzaghe rides off into the sunset on a LOSS......

calzaghe loses this fight, there definitely won't be a calzaghe-hopkins II. hopkins makes it a point to beat the guy-who beat the guy, who beat him....

w/ rj, hopkins will be able to do that, and also avenge the defeat to jones 15 yrs. ago.......the last fight he actually lost........you can't dream for a better ending, if you're hopkins.
"......the last fight he actually lost....." Wait for it.......wait for it.......

                    "HO HO HO HO HO........"

A perfect example of "Hopkins blindness" ...similiar to "night blindness" in as much as the patient doesn't see what's actually there.........
