Also 160 is not as competitive as 147.Comment

I just don't know what's easier to take mentally.
Getting just befuddled in the ring and looking completely lost, and outclassed by a 43 year old man?(No disrespect to B-Hop, just for argument purposes)
Or fighting a great fight, hitting your opponent with everything but the kitchen sink and still getting stopped.
Conventional wisdom would say that Cotto, even though he took a knee, should be more proud of his performance than Pavlik, who did absolutely nothing, should be of his.
But it all depends on who the more mentally tough fighter is. Cotto has a tougher road because of the Welterweight division, but Pavlik seems REALLY humbled.Comment

Cotto seems to be taking the loss as well as he could. From what he's said recently, he seems to be even more determined, and he seems confident of victory. Pavlik sounded confused after the fight. Like he didn't know what the **** happened.Comment

I think they will bounce back good enough but Cotto's will be the hardest because of the competitive division he is in... But he is also de better boxer of the two so Cotto is my choice.Comment

Cotto will be back, he is much more talented and mentally tougher than Pavlik.
Pavlik was exposed for what he really is, a talentless bum and this will give confidence to anyone else he fights. He is done and will disappear from boxing. Mark my words.Comment

Pavlik owns the Middleweight division. He will go back down to 160 and beat Arthur Abraham. Hopkins threw everything he had at Pavlik at 170 and he took it fine never looked like he was going to go down. He's also bigger than most at 160. Maybe he should think about moving to 168 lbs after beating Abraham? That's a division i can see him ruling (after Calzaghe has gone of course)Comment
