    Hopkins and Performancing Enhancing

I am sure I am in for a whipping for this one. But anyway, I find it hard to believe that Hopkins molded his 160 body to a beefy 170 plus without some kind of help. He is an older man and a man's body begins to lose muscle mass after age 35 or so. B-Hop has done nothing but add lean muscle. What do you think?

    Blast away!

My father began to work out on weights at age 42, and at that time he didn't have much muscle, a typical out of shape white-collar, middle-aged man. After a few months he was noticably more muscular, and now at age 48 he looks like a 1950s (pre-steroids) bodybuilder. He did it with nothing but a few weights he bought, working out at home. No steroids, just weights and a healthy diet.

It amazing what you can accomplish at any age with regular exercise and a healthy diet.

He trained very very hard to make 160, he was a gym rat and still is. With the help of Mackie Shilstone he bulked up to 175, no steroids. Just hard work, over 2 decades in the sport.

I am 38, a former collegiate wrestler. Currently, I am fit, eat healthy, weight train, exercise at least five times a week. I finished my fifth marathon yesterday with a Boston Qualifying time of 3:15:59 and I have done nothing but lose muscle mass over the last few years. I am not even as old as Hopkins. Sure maybe I would look different if I could hire Mackie Shilstone... but I am still very su****ious.
