Pavlik and even Lacy didn't quit like Sam Peter

A lot of people are clowning Pavlik hard right for being destroyed by future Hall of Famer Bernard Hopkins. It reminds of the way Lacy was clowned hard after he lost to Calzaghe a couple of years ago. But even though Lacy & Pavlik were took to school by 2 great fighters they took there ass kickings until the very end of the 12th still standing. You have to them credit for that unlike that quitter Sam Peter.

Lacy & Pavlik both had a lot of hype & got took to school by some more experienced future hall of Fame fighters. But they never quit.

Sam Peter took a beating at the hands of Wlad Klitschko. He was able to damage Wlad with some shots, but otherwise he ate the jab/right hand all night.

Taking shots from Calzaghe and Hopkins is much different than taking punches from a 6'6, 250 pound man.

Peter was eating those punches though, he is also a rock himself. He has a truly brilliant chin.

Lacy got hit a thousand times. It was silly.

Sam Peter was close to getting knocked out, Pavlik and Lacy were stunned a couple of times but showed solid chins.

No excuses. Sam Peter is 6'1, 258 pounds.

Yeah it was strange Peter quit, maybe he felt Jesus wasnt with him that night or something. Lacy got a far worse beating from Calzaghe though and he was a true hype machine, Pavlik has proved himself as a top middleweight.
