Tarver, Wright and De La Hoya did better than Pavlik

And they all fought him when Hopkins was YOUNGER. What a totally embarrassing loss for Pavlik. I've always said he was a basic fighter with more flaws than you can count on both hands combined, but my God, Hopkins is 43. Pavlik should have won this on workrate alone like Calzaghe did. Yet he couldn't even win a single ROUND.

If Tarver did better it was by a round. I thought he got worked, and knocked down to boot.

Tarver at least had one or two moments where he landed punches and I think all three judges agreed on what round he won. Pavlik never won a single round on any reasonable card or came close to it.

he has a ton of **** to learn, but I don't think he'll ever change. I think he's a come forward slugger just like Margarito and he's not going to beat a good boxer with a good chin

I think if you put a baseball bat in Pavliks hands he still would have missed Hopkins for 12 rounds.

Pavlik got way too much for beating an exhausted Taylor. I thought Taylor won the rematch
