    great post.

even though he is supposed to be the 'good' guy its hard to like him, the act all seems so contrived/fake

he's money hungry and fame hungry and there's a lot of self-interest with him

Oscar is deffo to much of a nice boy but he got some balls inside that ring and knows how to throw his fists about

How can he not be exciting? He only fights top caliber fighters, has a chin, great power, and great speed. Most fighters would kill for what he's got. It's just that image that people can't see past.

Someone said power? WTF. He is a bit overrated and a bit of a gay pop star. I wouldn't say being a big loser is exciting and neither is his pitty patter punches. the problem with left handed orthodox (and right handed southpaws) is that they never have **** all in that back hand. he hit so many right hands but it jus bounced off! he has back in the day avoided some fighters. Eg. Quartey rematch after such a close contest, Vargas before he got spanked, and Ronald Wright.

Probably coz they would beat the **** out of him. Now he is fighting someobne from 3-4 divisions below. What a joke! i lost alot of respect for him along time ago, and especially after how gay and happy he was acting after losing to Tito. He got robbed and was laughing! WTF!!! He deserved getting robbed after what he did to Ike, plus he did do a bit of......

          run, chick chick chicken, run!

F**k Yeah DLH is an exciting fighter.

The last DLH fight was against Steve Forbes and that was exciting. DLH put some marks on Forbes.

In the 90's DLH was elite. It took a few rounds for him the figure out his opponent, but when he did...it was over.

Chavez vs. De La Hoya 8th round

People don't like Oscar because he acts a certain way, who gives a F**K. The man is a beast in the ring and always puts on a show and is very exciting to watch him use his combination punching to the head and body. Very fluid fighter when his punches get going. Always like Oscar as a Fighter, don't care how he acts as long as he puts on a show when he fights.

Hes the biggest draw for a reason, his fights are always exciting. If he wasn't exciting to watch, no one would pay for his fights. He reminds me of the Pac Man, doesn't matter who hes fighting in the ring, he always brings excitement to his fights.

Im still hoping Pac wins , so for now F U OSCAR!

He's in exciting fights for the most part, although there have been some dull ones.
