i was saying the same thing, i think compubox was cooking the numbers a bit in pavliks favor, because at one point they had him landing more jabs than hopkins this and that, and i was like, there is no way, what fight have they been watching!?!?!

also, i said the same thing with the calzaghe fight when i saw it at home on tv, obviously you don't get to see that **** when you're at the fight live but even then i thought that calzaghe didn't land ****, still don't, especially having watched the fight over and over and over again, even frame by frame to see if he actually was landing anything, which he landed punches, just not in scoring area's.

but the same thing looked like it was happening last night, punches being scored that werent landing in scoring area's.

and although calzaghe got the win, i don't take away from that win, i but i accept it under protest, and still say calzaghe lost that fight..............old news though, bigger and brighter things coming up, and if calzaghe were to rematch hopkins, god i hope so, i hope it's in wales, because i will be there again.......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

being in the UK for fights is awesome, great atmosphere!!!!

punchstats dont mean anything at all. Hopkins has always gone for quality more than quantity, and you should give him plenty of points for those clean shots.

Pavlik probebly landed some grazing shots and they were probebly counting some of his shots agaisnt Hopkins' shoulders and stuff. in other words, compubox is completely flawed.

I think CompuBox counts punches landed on shoulders so that could be why.

Pavlik landed some punches during the middle rounds when Hopkins took a few rounds off (and still managed to win them) but nowhere near that much.
