    the end of everything.

i think its safe to say boxing is fucking dead.pavlik, the assumed future poster boy of boxing lost to a geezer.cotto, another assumed super star lost to margarito, who lets be real, doesn't have that it factor( not to say robotto had it in spades, but he was a supposed future super star).
oscar is going to fight, and beat manny, the supposed p4p best.
the klitchsko's run heavyweight, they're the 2 best heavyweights,
and they happened to be brothers, who won't fight each other.
with out any outstanding superstar prospect on the horizon to think of,
    for instance, in the mold of a ray leonard, with charisma to match the skill;
i think its safe to say boxing is on its death bed.
    beep.............................................. ..........
    beep.............................................. ..........
    beep.............................................. ..........
    beep.............................................. ..........
    beep.............................................. ..........
today should be a day of mourning for boxing.

even though hopkins quite possibly pushed his way into top 15 p4p all time,
and the greatest middleweight of all time IMO (by humiliating the current young power punching middleweight champ)

there's no denying that last night was an aweful night for boxing.

    with that said,

    congratulations to b-hop,

    and R.I.P. boxing.

When people post these kinds of theards i think it show there ignorance to boxing. They have a low boxing history IQ. And they may be burnt out with boxing cause there favoirtes have lost.

Boxing is going great. Calzaghe beat Hopkins so what are you making Hopkins a king for? Dawson the real top contender at Light Heavyweight is still waiting for Hopkins to give him a shot. Hopkins v. Pavlik took place at 175 a few divisions out of where Pavlik dominates at. Im sure it'll be a shock for you when Pacquiao gets ko'd by Delahoya.

Relax, you think boxing died when Ali beat Foreman. When Randell beat Chavez, no boxing keep going strong at other weights. I think you need to follow all of boxing weight or at least try too. Jr. Bantiem weight right now is a very dangerous divison and if you aint' excited about Mijares v. Vic then against it exposes you as a fan who only watchs certain fighters.
