I, for one, don't rush to the computer following every boxing match, to see what boxingscene thinks. I'm a Pavlik fan, I wanted him to win, and I'm still here. But if not running straight to the computer to take my verbal beating by nsb makes me "****", then so be it. I was a fan before the fight, and I'm still a fan after it.

      I'm still a Pavlik fan.
It's all good though, he was moving ten pounds up in wieght.
Had it been at middleweight the fight may have been different.
Never bet against Anorak.. he always wins! is the lesson I learned yesterday. lol

I though that the Flawless post was sarcastic.

Maybe because he was taking a beating? What are they supposed to cheer? The grazing punch he would land every 2 minutes?

When Hatton's fans were still singing and cheering after he got knocked out I was dumbfounded.

You're on point. Calzaghe had a big fanbase in the UK and beyond before the Lacy fight, he has had that fanbase since he beat Eubank 10 years ago, but the Lacy fight was what sealed it for a lot of people worldwide. The fact that he won against Hops hardly gained him any more popularity, especially as it was a difficult and ugly fight for him (and Bernard, too). Hell, his popularity may have dropped slightly after the Hopkins fight. No matter, Joe is a damn talented fighter, only some people will never admit it or even realize.

Unfortunately for Joe, his hands are screwed up beyond repair so he needs to quit soon before they let him down completely.
