it's true if Calzaghe beat Pavlik alot of people would be saying Pavlik was ****, slow, and can't counter punch at all.

Wankers on both sides of the argument/tis a draw.

Anyway Calzaghe haters can campaign for a fight with someone who will definetely beat him at his age like Dawson. So there is an upside of that particular coin.

Hopkins dominated Pavlik in a similar way to the way Calzaghe dominated Lacy. He was just too fast and too smart.

Dawson kills Slappy but there's no momentum for the fight. Chad isn't well known well enough and isn't as marketable as Pavlik.

If Slappy ducked Pavlik (which he did, dispute it all you want but he left Frank Warren who wanted the Pav fight) then there's no way he's taking on a brilliant fighter like Dawson.

Since when was Warren a reliable source?
