Calzaghe would outbox the hell out of Pavlik. Kelly got exposed for what he was tonight. I always felt he was one bad matchup away from being completely, and embarrassingly exposed. Pavlik at his best is a monster punching one dimensional fighter. Similar to Margarito in a way, except without Margarito's chin.

That said, I think a good counterpuncher with decent power would keep his workrate down, like what Bhop did. And a super quick, super agile, and hard to hit Calzaghe would definitely give Pavlik a boxing clinic for all 12 rounds.

Pavlik wouldn't be worthwhile for Joe to fight now, he should go after the undefeated Dawson instead.

I just cant fathom how Pavlic would be completive against Calzaghe !
And his fight last night against Hopkins compounded it for us!
Pavlic just dont fight well against crafty counter punchers,infact he didnt have a clue did he!
How could anybody possibly pic him against Calzaghe whos younger/fresher and moves even better then hopkins!?
Pavlic needs to go backdown to Middle and keep his feet on the ground!
