I thought my assertion that the amount of pigment in Hopkins's skin compared to the lesser amount of pigment in Pavlik's skin had little to nothing to do with why Hopkins beat Pavlik answered that claim pretty well.

In other words, the fact that thread starter is rejoicing that black Hopkins beat white Pavlik is nothing more than someone noticing a coincidence between himself and the fighter, and unfortunately, that similiarity had nothing to do with why the fighter won the fight.

Hopkins' victory was a victory for racism, whichever way you dress it up.
