Why did Hopkin behave so horribly

after the Calzaghe fight? he continued with the trash talk after the fight was over. Even Mayorga can show respect after a fight.

    wth was wrong with Hopkin?

      I would agree with this.

Don't take it personal Calzaghe fans, Bernard just takes every loss personal especially close, disputed decisions.

'he's a fighter' doesn't really answer the question

why can't he show respect after the fight like other fighters do?

is it because he lost to a whiteboy?

He lost to taylor and acted the same way. I doubt its a color issue.

That's just Bernard's pride. It has nothing to do with race, he did the same to Jermain Taylor after their first fight.

It's really that simple. Roy Jones is the only man he ever gave credit to for beating him, admitting he knew he lost that fight.

Can't say I blame him, if I fought Taylor like he did in the first fight I'd feel I won too. (I thought he did.) Same for Calzaghe.

The nearest thing Hopkins said to not ripping Calzaghe is after calling Jones and Calzaghe a slap box fight he said 'I'm not saying Joe can't fight'

I think that's all you'll get from a guy like Hopkins.

but I don't get it. Taylor and Calzaghe didn't make the decisions the JUDGE'S did.

If Taylor and Calzaghe had lost they would've been respectful, because thats you do.

                    Hopkin has no boxing etiquette.

Even Tyson could have manners after a fight.
