I think part of the reasoning behind my loving of Hopkins even still is just the way he takes his opponet's weapons away.

I'll admit he's old as dirt, and not as fun to watch anymore.

But for me it's eyecandy to see a guy his age still able to have the ring smarts to know how to neutralize his opponet's key offensive weapons.

His boxing I.Q. is up there with the best of them.

i agree man. i love him to, and it sucks he's fighting my man pavlik. i was sheerly amazed how he was so good against joe. no one else could have made joe fight so out of his game, and kept it that close. he had ajst a bit more gas, he wins! glad to have been around to see him fight for all these years. respect!

The undercard sucks balls. The only good under card fight i see is Rubio v. Orneles. Steve Luvano fight will probably be a ko win for him.

I kind of hate he's fighting Pavlik as well.

I've been following Kelly since '05 when he beat Zuniga, but I became a full on supporter when he made my dream come true. (Ever since the Hopkins wins I wanted to see Taylor brutally KO'd.)

Whoever wins I'll be happy, but I'll be sadder to see Bernard lose. It's always tough watching legends leave the sport.

You shouldn't man, he can be very entertaining.

But yea, tonight ur gonna hate him. Cause DIB is as boring and horrible as they get. He will make this the worst undercard fight of the year

Perhaps my perception of Luevano is unfaily based on a string of bad opponets? I'll have to keep a closer eye on him to judge for sure.

You and I agree a lot though, so I wouldn't be surprised if I change my opinion.

Though tonight, we're on opposite sides of the fence. And you know how much I like Kelly.

This is actually potentially a fun undercard. Jacobs is going to roll. We'll get a nice, early KO to start the show. Rubio/Ornelas is going to be a war. There is no other way that Rubio would have it. Luevano/Dibs is the wild card. If it is a good fight, and his last fight was excellent, then this is going to be a smashing success of an undercard.
