it will be a fight on hopkins pace, far from a slugfest.
pavlik will start confused, due to hopkins ability to take the pace and cos his style really is uncomfortable to the opponents. but then pavlik will get used to it and it will become a kind of boring fight. he will do the same he did against taylor on the second fight, being carefull and doing enough just to win rounds.

Pavlik wont allow Hopkins to fight his fight, and he knows that it means he have to take some heavy blows to start out with, just so he gets to know Bhop.

Hopkins will become more and more tired, and Pavlik will proably set an even higher pace and will go for the KO.

If my prediction is correct, this fight will become VERY interesting, esp. in terms of a possible KO on Hopkins.

This will end in a Pavlik KO over Hopkins in the late rounds.

can only see a pavlik win. probably on points but i think he will stop bernard

Pavlik will win by technical knock out.

I think Hopkin's corner will throw in the towel, or he will quit on his stool, or the referee will stop the fight at some point.

We see the same fight from Bernard all the time. Pavlik will outwork him while Hopkins shows flashes and then claims he put on a clinic. I am hoping for a Pavlik KO.

No idea how it will go. I know one thing for sure: Pavlik won't KO Hopkins.

There are so many factors here, such as Kelly not looking great with extra weight (I though Taylor won the rematch by a point or two due to Pavlik's one dimensional style and slight sluggishness), Pavlik still being somewhat untested against elite competition, being somewhat limited in terms of technique, the fact that his chin can be a little dodgy (first Taylor fight when he was almost knocked out), and then you have the vast experience of Hopkins who is quite possibly a stylistic nightmare for Kelly.

Bernard wanted this fight. I believe he sees something he can exploit. And although a Pavlik win is the obvious choice for many, I'll swim against the tide on this one and suggest Hoopkins will prevail.

It really is hard to call. Could Pavlik be in for a Lacy-style beating? Don't count it out! Will bernard be robbed of a decision because Pavlik can make the guys in suits far more money than Bernard can? Don't count it out!
