    Cotto Vs Cintron

Is this fight a toss up or has Cintron signed up for his execution? In addition, this fight draws up alot of curiosity, but does that necessarily make it a good fight? Will Cotto surrender under pressure again? Is Cintron really capable of providing the opposition to stop Cotto? I could possibly see this fight going to Cotto via a 7th round disqualification.

well cintron has the power to stop cotto coming forward, no question, but cotto is definitely the better boxer and is defensively miles from what he was a couple of years ago. Coto outboxes cintron and gets broken down late, tko 10 rounds

I think Cotto would win if they do fight, he has too much for Cintron but Cintron has his power, especially in the right hand, which is one of the punches Cotto is most susceptible to but I think Cotto would be able to get inside and work Cintron over, Cintron is not a good inside fighter, I think it would be a pretty good fight while it lasted, I don't think Cotto has been in a dull fight. Cotto TKO mid rounds.

Cotto is probably in more danger than Cintron. While Cotto has alot of heart, and (almost) always gets up from a KD to turn it into a win, he's never been in the ring with someone who ****s like Cintron. This kid is unquestionably the biggest puncher in the division (maybe P4P), has fast hands, pretty good skills, is tall, strong, and unfortunately (for Cotto) a great finisher. I look for a stoppage inside 6 rounds. Cotto may not get dropped right away, but I think he goes down for the first time during the fight before the opening of the 5th from a right hand, and may not get a chance to recover, if he gets caught early in a round. If he survives the first 5 or 6 rounds, he has a great chance of stopping Cintron, but honestly....I kind of feel like Cotto is too hittable, and while not exactly chinny, he'll never be known for a tough beard. His body work, though, will almost guarantee him a win if he can survive the first half.

Whatever happens, this doesn't go the distance, not unless both fighters come in gunshy and tentative...not something I can see happening.

Cintron is a big welter, Cotto aint stopping a big welter. The later the fight the better for Kermit as Cotto has stamina issues

Cintron via late stoppage. Cotto would be brutalized once again as he tries to box with the larger and more powerful Cintron. In twelve round fight some of Cintron's powerful shots would surely get through and punish the smaller boxer. Cotto's chin has looked good in the past but I believe this fight would really be the one to test it. Plus Cotto's weak stamina will open him up to even more punishment from the hard hitting Puerto Rican Cintron. Oh yeah, Cintron takes it

              You are absolutely HILARIOUS!!..LMAO!...

Cintron has a punchers chance with anybody..but he's not on Cotto's level..Skill, talent, and experience..

Cotto via KO in the mid rds if this ever happens..Which I hope it does..

*sidenote...I just think it's quite funny how the elite only loses one fight..ONE FIGHT!!..and all of a sudden B-class fighters are able to demolish them now..

              definition of HATERZ..

              Bye Haterz!!!

In his next few fights we will learn that Cotto isn't 'elite' @147.

Who has he beaten so far?

Old man Shane - B level
                    Quintana - B level
                    Malignagi - B level
Zab Judah - B level (dude loses all the time)

these guys were not A level fighters(elite fighters) at the time Cotto beat them.

Cotto needs to step up and not F%$# up like he did against the A level fighter Margarito
