I was there for the semi-finals and the finals.
Mongolia and the Ukraine had great cheering sections. It was funny though Kazahkanstan fans were drowned out by other fans chanting "Borat, Borat" while they tried to chant Kah-zak-stan.

Russia was actually supposed to win more but there were some upsets along the way. One of them courtesy of a UK guy named Frankie Gavin.

It was a very international crowd who engaged in international silliness.

The world needs more silliness if you ask me.

Hmm... I think the world has enough silliness, plenty of it... to the point where it is quite sad.

umm who gives a **** about what country a fighter is from anyways? does that give more of a reason to say he sucks or that you don't like him? just goes to show you why every other country in the world sees america as a bunch of imbeciles. you judge the liking of a fighter by his character and by his performance in the ring.

              ANYWAYS
say what you want about a fantasy match, obviously its never going to happen so there is no such thing as a "prediction"

but to say brunos jab is BETTER than wlads is pretty ludacris, as wlad has jab on par with any ATG you can name.

bruno was a bad dude no doubt, but he never showed dominance on the level the klitschkos are showing.

it would have been a fantastic fight though. what is bruno doing these days anyways?

Seems like people shouldn't care where someone's from but that's always the way boxing has been marketed since sanctioned matches began. And how a lot of fans divide themselves.

I'd hope that the knowledgable fan would like a wide variety of fighters.

whats purrity have to do about anything? wlad was a young one dimensional slugger back then and lost due to stamina. bruno's stamina is even worst than wlads was years ago so that argument holds no water. hate to break it to you but bruno's jab was not as good as wlads nor did he have as much power. he was too damn slow for the wlad of today and would be taken out in 8 rounds
