Margarito is the only top welter on his resume. Quintana is not and neither is Mitchell. Quintana is a good solid fighter without a doubt.

Quintana is a pretty good win but i could see mitchell not being a good WW win cuz he had moved up from JWW and lost 2 of 4 at WW but i wouldnt discredit the Quintana win

Williams did lose to Carlos Q and knock his ass out in one round. He doesn't have to give a trilogy. **** that would be time wasting. Should Lewis gave Rahman a trilogy as well
