The key to Williams beating Margarito was his jab which he threw a million times but never that hard. He couldn't load up like he did with the stiffs he fought because it wouldn't be smart with Margs pressuring so I doubt Williams power would be a factor in a second fight.
I vote Margarito hits a little harder but they both on the whole are accumulation punchers rather than one shot ko artists.
