I mean It`s obvious that if they did this then boxing would go back to being a mainstream sport.

I mean lets look at it this way

If we had more boxing tournaments people would know who the best champion is of a certain weight division.

People WOULD STILL BUY PPV

And there would be a better sense of competition WITHIN THE SPORT something that boxing has been lacking for quite a while.

What about trilogiesÉ

We can still have them between the winners of the losers bracket and the winners bracket

So the tournament should look like this.


Pacquiao vs Morales
Marquez Vs Barrera

Morales wins
Marquez Wins

Pac Loses
Barrera Loses

Morales vs. Marquez
Barrera vs. Pac

Marquez wins
Pac wins

So then we have a fight between Pac and Marquez to see who's the best.

Then have a Fight between Morales and Barrera to ``Redeem their careers``

It`ll have all the drama, competitiveness and hype we`d ever want .

Then we`d have Pac beating JMM
And Barrera beating Morales

So we end up having rematches and the cycle starts over.

What if a new comer wants to come in like Guzman or ValeroÉ

Then there could be a match between the two of them and the winner fights the current champion (Pac)

JMM would fight Barrera in a rematch

And Morales gets a tune up and probably moves up a weight class and enrolls in another tournament during the next ``Season`` or something.
