The problem was Bob Arum.

Bob could have EASILLY made a fight between Floyd and the mexican mummy..but he claimed he couldn't get Tony out of the PPV fight against the unranked ghost of Manuel Gomez.

He could have also made Floyd a ONE fight offer..instead of the THREE fight offer..at the time Floyd was leaving Top Rank.

Blame Bob.

Arum NEVER made Floyd an offer to fight Cotto..NEVER.

Kellerman and Merchant couldn't even get Cotto to say Floyd's name..lol
