I saw the Gonzalez fight on TV and was very impressed with Cloud's patience. He rocked Gonzalez a ton of times throughout the first half of the fight, but Gonzalez just wouldn't go down. While this would frustrate a lot of prospects, Cloud just boxed a few rounds to conserve his energy and then when in with some huge flurries to put Gonzalez away.

I think he handspeed is significantly lower than Dawson's and his ability to go 12 hard rounds is a question mark, but I wouldn't count him out. He is selective with his punches and makes them count. Combined with his aggression and power, he's a dangerous fight to take for Dawson.

Nah I think Dawson would be too much for him, and although Cloud is the mandatory for Dawson's belt, Dawson has PLENTY of options before taking on Cloud.

That would be a great fight. Cloud needs a a lot more experience and rounds but when he does, make the fight happen. Dawson has much more experience on the elite level so i like him by UD. Cloud hasn't seen anyone to give him movement or someone who can punch yet, but of course this is only going by what i have seen from Cloud and it wasn't much.

He's definitely a solid prospect, and he's only going to get better. It's a too early to put him in with someone like Dawson though. I'd like to see him get some more experience. He has a bright future.
