Well from the HBO PPV list he seem to be a big seller without the big names, Most people seem to realise that now. Mayweather without any big names will still do 350,000 upwards so i doubt HBO would agree with you.


Take Oscar and Hatton out of his PPV and he does well in the fight he has been in.

350k without a big name?? Just cause he did it once with Baldy doesn't mean he can do it all the time. Alot of people didn't buy the PPV of May vs Gatti cause of MW, most bought it cause of Gatti.

350k without a big name?? Just cause he did it once with Baldy doesn't mean he can do it all the time. Alot of people didn't buy the PPV of May vs Gatti cause of MW, most bought it cause of Gatti.

Mate am not on here to argue, I dont make the list HBO made the list, Of all the fight Mayweather has been involve in without what people call name fighters he has done pretty well himself.

He had only 5 PPV fights, 3 against big-names 2 against not so big names and he has done 350 upwards according to HBO numbers not my number but HBO numbers.

Lastly whether people buy the PPV because of Mayweather or not is irrelevant, Its not a coincidence that oscar,gatti and hatton did alot of big numbers when Mayweather's name is involve also.

what's the difference explain, I dont understand how it will cost more. Also he can get alot more sponsors for this fight and the ppv revenue will be higher as well along with gate revenue

I think Shane and Marg would ask for a lot more then JCC jr and his opponents ..
