aesthetically Amir Khan has what plastic surgeons would call a strong chin.

he has a stron neck as well but thats not what counts yes it does hlp having a strong jawline and a think neck just look at daavid tua.

however look at other fighters like wayne mculloch or joecalzaghe they have quie thin neks and dont have a strong jawline but they are well known as having strong chins - is having a chin more mental than physial - i think so.

You could be right, but I'd question Sam Peter's heart, and imo Vitali could have been kicking his arse all day long and still not stopped him. The man his literally no neck and is so heavy and stocky that he it must literally be like knocking down a wall. I know McCline got him but that was with an uppercut wasn't it? (haven't seen it)....I think Peter physically could take straight punches all night long.
