An interesting thought I had about the P4P rankings...

First off, I just wanna say that I am not a fan of DLH, if you can't tell already by my sig.

However, I was considering who DLH could beat in the welters right now, and one thing I have to admit he would probably give every top ranked welter a really tough time.

If Hopkins is still in some crazy people's P4P rankings, then shouldn't DLH be considered too? Even though Bhop is old, a lot of people consider him to be an acid test for anybody in his weight range and he did come off of a split decision against Calzaghe. So by that logic shouldn't a guy that went to a split decision against PBF who was undisputed at #1 P4P when he fought him deserve at least an honorable mention? I'm not saying he SHOULD be on the top 10 P4P, but at least he should get as much of a mention as Bhop does.

It would actually make some sense. Thats why the rankings are confusing, some people have Calzaghe number 1 and dont have Hopkins ranked.

Oscar "Money" De La Hoya owns the ring magazine. He doesn't need to be ranked when that mofo owns the mag that does the rankings. Simply put Oscar is too sick wit it.

        What a ridiculous thread.

Although I am not a fan of BHop being ranked in the top 10 p4p right now, he has about 1,000 times the justification Oscar does. When was Oscar's last win over an elite guy? Vargas maybe? Like 6 years ago?

DLH hasn't had a meaningful win in a long time, Hopkins has beaten much better opposition in the past 3 years and DLH-Mayweather shouldn't have been a SD.
