Dawson doesn't sound punch drunk to me. Some people mistakenly think if a fighter speaks with a drawl it means he is punch drunk. Some people naturally speak that way especially Southerners. The kid is from South Carolina. Dawson answered the interviewer's questions coherently which is a sign he is far from being punch drunk.

Like me, i sound almost the same as Chad does and have struggled with a speech problem my whole life. He has barely even taken any punishment. Its genetics.
