I am certain he has been down 1 time only, against Hernandez when he touched a glove down when he broke his hand. I have most of Floyds pro career on DVD and that's the only registered KD, and I havn't heard anyone else mention another one.

Although, whoever is right about it, he is still Disqualified from this as he has been down at least 1 time

The ONLY official knockdown of Floyds career was against Carlos Hernandez.

Mayweather entered the bout with injured hands. When Mayweather hit Hernández with a left hook in round 6, the pain caused Mayweather to drop his left hand to the canvas, and the referee called it a knockdown.

He did NOT take a knee, his glove just touched the canvas.

So Floyd has NEVER really been down Pro.
