I know Calzaghe hasn't fought legends or great fighters every time, but if you can only mention Lacy and Hopkins your clearly un-educated and ignorant.

Chris Eubank, Robin Reid, Mario Veit, Omar Sheika, Charles Brewer, Byron Mitchel, Sakio Bika are by no means bad wins, in-fact pretty good. Pretty much all were top 10 contenders at the time and a good few expected to beat Joe. Even Mitchell and Brewer, 2 American names whom are most worth noting to you as you only seem to know the American names of Joes CV were top 10 and expected by many to win. Why would you mention Jeff Lacy over Mikkel Kessler even?

I fear you not the kind of guy whom if information isn't actively presented to him on a plate, doesn't go and seek it and instead assumes with the little knowledge he has. Perhaps a encyclopaedia would be a good start.

noob whatever man so you mean to tell me b hop was deserving than cal in that fight. hopkins hardly threw anything while cal was the busier fighter. hopkins got simply outworked. the only thing that was significant for hopkins was the knockdown but he didnt capitalize on it. he let calzaghe take over the fight. everybody is hating on cal bout his style but no one can beat it though. he picked apart lacey, made kessler look like a amateur, and he beat hopkins. what excuses you gonna make if he beats roy jones. give the man his due.

I'm not into Calzaghe. In fact, i really don't like a lot of European fighters. With the exception of Ricky Hatton and Henry Cooper.
