          Outside the top 20 or barely in. Unless he proves to be stronger and throw more punches at that weight.

            Arthurs win British Commomwealth European and a World title at sfw.
            Boxrec have Arthur 14 at sfw and Thaxton 14 at lightweight as well.
            In fact that would be a good fight for a step up Arthur vs Thaxton.
