Anybody else think a Peter-Arreola fight would be pretty good?

Absolutely, it would be very entertaining and it's a good comeback opponent for Peter.

Both would be very good heavyweights if they would keep their weight down.

Too bad all these fatty heavyweights will never do that. The heavyweight division makes me sick, these guys shouldn't even bother stepping in the ring with a Klitschko if they're going to be 30 pounds overweight.

I dont mind him quitting but he didn't really try and press the action and never really tried to back Vitali up, Peter is just not a very skilled fighter.

Of course it makes you sick. That is all anybody who hates the Klitschko brothers ever has to say when another boxer falls victim to the Klitschko brothers. I always read the same **** over and over from people. Before a Klitschko fight people say **** like "The klitschkos are going to get KTFO tonight". Then after another victory by the brothers, those same people come out and say "The heavyweight division sucks or the heavyweight division is a disgrace". Same old story over and over and over.

I have only one criticism of Sam Peter - he would have been a better heavyweight if he kept his weight down at 235 or so. He carried 20 unnecessary pounds around in the ring, and that surely slowed him down and affected his stamina.

Sam is a nice guy, as we could see after the fight when he was a good sport and warmly congratulated Vitali. Watch this video of him singing a song thanking Jesus in a post fight-interview:

Rabbit puncher or not, I can't help but like him after seeing that.

"Thank you Jesus for the training I was too lazy to do and the paycheck I didn't earn."

I don't blame Peter for quitting, his trainer should have stopped the fight after the sixth round. He's responsible for him and he should have seen Peter ran out of answers and was taking a beating.
The fighter shouldn't have to quit (except because of injuries,..), if he does, the corner failed.

Peter might have been killed if he went back out there for the 9th.
