I agree with that. Maybe a 4-1 underdog. I dont think he has much of a chance.

He'll make it to the final bell though, IMO. Maybe get stopped really late like round 11 or 12

I want Lacy to coma back and win, but he won't. I hope he comes back pre-Calzaghe and throws a left hook from hell but it won't happen he'll lose most likely a UD.

I almost never bet on favorites but I am considering putting down money on Taylor at -550 (meaning I have to pay 550 to win 100). I might parlay it with the under to get a better number because Lacy is just to easy to hit.

That actually seems a bit generous for him.

When was the last time Jeff Lacy looked like he could avoid any sort of punch to the head or body?

When's the last time he was in with someone as easy to hit as Lacy?

I agree though, with Taylor a stoppage seems unlikely. Especially in the championship rounds, since Taylor usually has nothing left after the 10th.

However, I can see him being the rare case where his power increases with the extra weight. I suspect his stamina might be better as well - he looked better the second Pavlik fight at 164 than he had looked for years fighting at 160.

I think he was looking more at the fact that lacy was nearly stopped by his last opponent though I think his last opponent punches harder then Taylor but definitely isn't as skilled as taylor.
