I don't think he can beat Vitali because of his chin Vitali has an iron chin, Wlad is beatable IF haye can catch him clean but if Wlad weathers Haye's storm in the opening rounds then he has a good chance of stopping Haye.
He can beat Wlad (can beat him might not though imo it's 50/50) but proberbly not Vitali.
