Will Chad Dawson be going to HBO now??

Seems that almost every star Showtime has ever built has eventually moved on to bigger and better thing at HBO. Is Dawson the next one??

No, not anytime soon. Dawson is signed with Gary Shaw, and all Gary Shaw fighters fight only in Showtime.

HBO has so many of the fighters he need to be in the ring with under contract......personally I would love to see him let Glenn Johnson run the LHW...... go down to 168 and fight a Kessler or Jermain Taylor then fight a Pavlik or Calzaghe.......Chad needs to be in there with the best of today not yesterday or last week!

Wouldn't surprise me at all, HBO offers more money to the promoters so I wouldn't be surprised if we saw Dawson on HBO sometime in the near future and Gary Shaw fighters fight on HBO, Kirkland and Gamboa were on that Night of the Rising Stars card on BAD.
