It's not a HOF worthy achievement one moment cannot get you in the HOF.

Combined with all the dominating performances over Williams, Sanders, Johnson etc. and that great KO percentage...

Vitali no but Wladimir yes. Wladimir has been the best heavyweight for a decade. That alone puts him in the HOF. I don't believe he is a ATG beat HOF definitely.
