I think you have to take those things into account when determining how great a performance was

Oscar has lost to great fighters but you gotta take into account the circumstances involved. For instance some of his opponents have been naturally heavier than oscar like Bernard the executioner Hopkins. Oscar has moved up in weight many times and had close losses in some cases and he deserves more credit than he gets. pocho

Why is it that you always emphasize race? I've never known a Mexican named "JOEY CAGE".

But I do agree that some of his biggest wins have been against washed up fighters like Morales.

in barrera/pac 1st fight. pac is an underdog fighter meant to lose in this fight.

ledwaba/pac fight, pac is just a substitute fighter. pac an underdog again.

morales lost to pacman fair and square in 2nd and 3rd fight! its not tragic.

                  and pac was the underdog.

if morales knows he's done, past his prime etc.. he wouldnt fight pac and what for? money?

morales lose to rahim.. coz he couldnt catch him and being outbox! and now he's out of prime?

morales is a great fighter lost to a great fighter too.

wait for pac to lose you idiot.

                    Idiot,

It's all about the money, Fame and Pride!!!! Morales even mentioned 2 -3 times in an interview and for JCC's movie tribute. Paraphrasing: He said when your at the top and its time to step, how do you step down?? meaning when and how?? He didn't know how to stop because he had been at the top for so long he didnt want to step down.

The guy's blog is right ON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pacman will not fight, unless he's guaranteed to win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

JMM's fights were won by JMM against Pacman. Ask any commentator, A REAL SEASONED BOXING COMMENTATOR. NOT A OVERNIGHT, BANDWAGON JUMPING, NO-KNOW-THING, GOOD FOR NOTHIN, POOP HOUSE LAWYER, BLOGGER. the answer will break many Pinoy hearts, COMING FROM THE REal commentators.

PACMAN HAS FOUGHT EASY FIGHTERS beside JMM.

David Diaz was a JOKE. Roach knew it, Arum knew it, and Pacman knew it. They were confronted about it and Arum and Roach were like well hmmm, David Diaz has alot of heart and goes straight forward it will be a great fight.

and all the Pacman fans were like ooohhhhh, ahhhhhhh. A tough fight fight for Pacman. YEAH RIGHT. David DIaz barely , barely beat a dehydrated worn out Erik Morales. What in the world do people think when he fought Pacman.

Now DLH, might be a setup.

and then Hatton, well, Arum might think twice. 2 reasons: Mayweather Sr. and his performance against Paul M.

I agree Pacman is a joke.

Your name sounds right for what you post.. The Blogger is a mexican so it's obvious..

JMM fought a 34 year old Barrera, 37 year old Casamayor and Rocky Juarez..
He lost to Chris John, lost to Pacquiao twice..

Don't tell me whose the joke.. Barrera, Marquez and Morales are the jokes.

Pacquiao beat all 3 of them some by brutal Knockouts.. They were in their 20's.. If Pac didn't have the cut, He could have KO Morales thrice.

Marquez is the biggest joke which his best resumes are over 35 years old and shot fighters..
