naw he never manipulated a fight...his problem was being a stingy greedy bastard...but as far as fights goes he has never had a problem with that in boxing....most of his lawsuits are money matters.

No, the Kimbo Slice fight was not fixed.

Shaw DID admit to paying Petruzzi to stand up rather than take the fight to the ground. He's already on record about that....

It's short of a FIX though...

Wow i never realized thats how kimbo lost. with the simultaneous kick/punch that I thought was only for play fighting

It actually backfired on Shaw though or whoever cut the check - the stand up should have benefited Kimbo, not Petruzelli...

Shaw's son tried to spin it that Petruzelli was a K-1 fighter and Slice was being trained by Rutten for his ground game, but I don't buy it. We all know standing up in front of Slice is a tougher way to beat him then to put him on his back where he's shown to be clueless...

jared shaw his son ....not gary, gary shaw no longer does mma, he was promoting his boxing card in pechanga the same night as the kimbo fight.
