WBO welterweight champion Paul Williams is not one of the people who thinks the upcoming fight between Oscar De La Hoya and Manny Pacquiao will be a competitive one. There has been a lot of critics who feel Pacquiao is too small to do anything to De La Hoya. De La Hoya is by far the bigger fighter, but what happens after he's been getting battered by Manny's fast combinations for 6 rounds and then burns out. Pac-Man KO in 9 just like B-Hop.:bukkake:
