Ali wins, and easier than most people would think.

Agreed. Ali was the perfect opponent to fight a prime Tyson. He had the chin, movement and stamina to withstand Tyson's early onslaught and then after 3 or 4 rounds his superior skills would have taken over. I would go with an Ali mid round TKO.

I love Iron Mike and would have paid to see him fight a gorilla ( kidding ), but Ali schools him all day, everyday. Stamina and just overall skill would pull Ali through to a mid KO win everytime.

Think Foreman but smaller more compact and better skill wise!

Very close fight. I dont agree that Ali, because of his speed and movement, would just have an easy time with Tyson. Mike was just as quick, maybe he had slightly inferior handspeed but there's really not much in it, and he had superb defence. Bobbing and weaving even Ali would have trouble landing enough on him, and you have to be real physical with Mike, I don't see Ali pushing him around, he'd tie him up and there'd be some grappling but that's a very dangerous tactic from Muhammad Ali because when it comes to punching out of clinches Tyson is bar-none the most lethal of all heavyweight fighters throughout history. I think Ali would stick and move but with Tysons head movement that'd be very dull and ineffective so Ali would have to come in and when he does I think Mike closes the gap very well and can launch effective offence with double-jab, right hand, it'd be an entertaining fight, every so often Ali lands a big straight right, every so often Tyson lands body punches or inside shots, it'd be back and forth, they're very well matched prime-for-prime, I think it'd be a majority decision either way, I'd probably pick Tyson by the narrowest of margins, maybe a late round knock down could seal it

Ali by decision, he has the chin to take Tyson's shots, he's faster than Tyson and is a smarter fighter, he'd also have gotten into Tyson's head before the fight, Tyson as always would start fast, winning some of the first 5 rounds, after that, Ali takes over and wins the decision, it'd be a much clearere decision in a 15 round fight because Ali did some of his best work in rounds 12-15 but even in a 12 round fight, he'd win a decision, 7-5 or 8-4 in rounds.
