you guys are crazy that thinks pacman has no chance against de la hoya...
am i the only one that sees this as close competitive fight??? or one of the few i should say.
pac may be physically smaller but he's not the p4p champion of the world for nothing...he DOES HAVE SKILLS...
oscar is just overall MORE skilled...oscar is also out of his prime...
its going to be a VERY good close fight.Comment

Wrong buddy. Pac weighing in at 130 and weighing in at 143 the following night because that's what he really weighs is ballooning. Weighing in at 142 will allow him to eat normally the entire camp and not weigh more than 147 the night of.
Oscar though has to dehydrate the **** out himself to make 147 plus get a 3mil fine 4 each lb over 147 the night of. That means on top of killin himself he cant even eat or drink until after the unofficial weighin the night of.
So there goes your 0%chance theory out the windowComment

I think the weight cut is going to actually work badly against Oscar, especially at his age. Looks like he even had a tough time making 150, and at 35, you can only lose so much water weight.
I just can't see him being able to cope with Manny's speed in this fight. Sure, he's bigger and stronger, but that doesn't mean anything if you can't react fast enough to get out of the way of punches, or hit your target.Comment
