When Pac fought Diaz he weighed in at 135 but on the night of the fight he wieghed 147. He was pretty fast when he fought Diaz.

"Manny Pacquiao is too small for a featherweight"

now 5 years later he's fighting at 147 and definitely he's too small for welterweight. But are you counting him out? Are you not giving him 0.01% chance?
